Pass prices rise across three booking windows. Tier discounts apply automatically once your membership is verified.

Prices in USD per delegate pass, the same for every 2027 edition. Non-members always pay list price at whichever window is open at the time of booking. Organizations booking 4 or more delegates in one order receive a further 10% off the total. Vendor passes are priced separately on each edition page.

Every seat on a corporate enrollment of five or more is priced 15% below the individual rate.

Is membership open to everyone?
Membership is by application and invitation only. Every application is reviewed to protect the quality of the network. Observer is the free entry point.
How long is a membership?
The initial term is twelve months from the date your application is accepted and payment, if any, is received. It does not renew automatically unless you opt in to automatic renewal. Full terms are in the Membership Agreement.
How do I pay?
Fees are stated and charged in USD via Stripe, exclusive of any taxes or bank charges that apply in your jurisdiction.
Can I get a refund?
Membership fees are non-refundable. Delegate pass transfers and credits are covered in the Refund Policy.
Are benefits guarantees of outcome?
Concierge introductions, Interview eligibility, and similar relationship benefits are efforts-based. SentCroft makes reasonable efforts to facilitate them but does not guarantee a particular outcome.
Can fees change?
Fees and benefits may be updated for future terms. Existing members are notified before their next renewal.
